吕永龙(中科院生态环境研究中心研究员)

吕永龙，1964年出生于安徽省六安市，博士，中国科学院生态环境研究中心研究员，博士生导师，发展中国家科学院院士(发展中国家科学院，TWAS)院士，国家有突出贡献中青年专家。自1981年起，先后在安徽农业大学、中国农业大学和中国人民大学攻读农业工程学士、系统工程硕士和环境经济学博士学位。2012年9月，吕永龙当选为发展中国家科学院院士。2019年，吕永龙当选欧洲科学院外籍院士。2021年11月29日，吕永龙任厦门大学环境与生态学院院长。

人物经历

1964年7月15日，吕永龙出生于安徽省六安市。1985年7月，吕永龙毕业于安徽农业大学农业工程系，并获得学士学位。1988年5月，他获得中国农业大学农业系统工程硕士学位。2001年5月，他从中国人民大学资源环境与经济学专业毕业，并获得博士学位。1988年起，他先后任中国科学院生态环境研究中心研究实习员、助理研究员、副研究员。1998年12月，他任中国科学院生态环境研究中心研究员。2012年9月，他当选为发展中国家科学院（TWAS）院士。2014年，他任中国科学院特聘核心骨干研究员。2019年，他当选欧洲科学院（Academia Europaea）外籍院士。2020年，他任厦门大学讲席教授。2021年11月29日，他任厦门大学环境与生态学院院长。2022年，他当选俄罗斯科学院（Russian Academy of Sciences）外籍院士。

职务

中国科学院生态环境研究中心研究员，博士生导师。现任国际环境问题科学委员会(SCOPE)前主席，世界自然保护联盟(IUCN)科学顾问，联合国环境规划署(UNEP)国际专家组（IRP）成员，国际科联科学计划和评估委员会(ICSU/CSPR)委员，罗马俱乐部(Club of Rome)正式成员，中国生态学学会副理事长，中国可持续发展研究会常务理事兼生态环境专业委员会主任委员，中国科技大学、中国人民大学兼职教授等。Science姐妹刊物Science Advances副主编，美国生态学会与中国生态学会合办国际刊物Ecosystem Health and Sustainability创刊主编，创建国际期刊Environmental Development：Transdisciplinary Journal of SCOPE并担任副主编，《生态学报》责任副主编等，并担任多个国内外核心刊物编委。

成就及荣誉

他长期从事区域生态风险与环境管理、持久性有毒污染物的生态效应与调控对策、系统生态与可持续发展等方面的研究工作。先后主持或参与负责承担了40余项国家各类科技计划和国际合作项目。在国内外核心刊物上发表论文240多篇，其中Science, Nature, Environment International, Environmental Science and Technology, Environmental Pollution, Journal of Environmental 管理学, Chemosphere, 能量 Policy等SCI收录140多篇，发表中英文专著16部。40多次担任ICSU(国际科学联合会)、UNEP(联合国环境规划署)、SCOPE(国际环境问题科学委员会)、UNESCO(联合国教科文组织)、UNDP(联合国开发计划署)、TWAS(发展中国家科学院院士)、IAC(国际科学院委员会)等国际著名机构的论坛或专门委员会专家。长期参与国家和中科院科技发展规划、科技能力建设计划、高技术产业化规划、国际合作战略与规划的研究制定与实施工作。入选国家百千万人才工程，享受国务院政府特殊津贴专家。先后获中国科学院科技进步二、三等奖各1次，省级科技进步三等奖1次，中国环境科学学会首届青年科技奖，BHP Billiton导师科研奖，中国科学院朱李月华优秀导师奖，国家科技进步二等奖1次，SCOPE杰出成就奖等。2012年, 吕永龙当选为发展中国家科学院院士(发展中国家科学院, TWAS) 院士。

截至2024年4月24日，中国科学院大学官网显示，吕永龙已指导王晓龙、任鸿昌、王铁宇等42名学生。

参与

他先后参与了“将中原地区21世纪议程纳入国民经济和社会发展计划”和其它国家级的可持续发展实践活动。作为国家环境国家高技术研究发展计划预研专家组成员，参与编写了《环保领域高技术发展预研究工作计划》及项目指南。参与了“ ‘十五’ 国家重点科技专项规划”的编制工作；作为先进环保技术咨询专家组成员，参与由国家计委委托两院进行的“十五”、“2015高新技术产业发展规划”的咨询工作等。作为国家中长期科学和技术发展规划办公室战略研究组副组长，参与了国家中长期科学和技术规划的研究制定工作。作为中科院知识创新战略研究总体组的主要成员，参与了《知识创新工程领域方向研究总报告》和《中国科学院关于知识创新工程全面推进阶段的报告》等的写作与实施工作。具体负责研究制定《中国科学院“十二五”国际合作发展规划》和“创新2020”国际合作战略等，参与了国家科技发展和国际合作等相关规划的研讨和专家咨询工作。
