宫箭，1976年7月生，蒙古族，内蒙古大学研究生学历，理学博士，教授，中国共产党党员。现任内蒙古师范大学党委委员、副校长，同时担任内蒙古大学物理科学与技术学院教授，博士生导师，内蒙古物理学会秘书长。他的研究领域为凝聚态物理，特别是介观体系中的自旋极化输运现象、半导体量子结构的输运性质及其电子态和微电子器件模拟。宫箭教授还担任了多项职务，包括教育部教学指导委员会物理学类专业教学指导委员会委员、内蒙古自治区物理学会秘书长、计算物理学会理事、全国高等学校固体物理研究会常务理事。

2015.08-2017.08 内蒙古大学物理科学与技术学院副院长（主持工作）。
2017.08-2021.05 内蒙古大学物理科学与技术学院党委副书记、院长。
2021年4月30日，拟提名为自治区本科院校副职人选。
2021年5月，宫箭被任命为内蒙古师范大学党委委员、副校长。
2021年8月，任命宫箭为内蒙古师范大学副校长。
2024年2月23日，鄂尔多斯应用技术学院召开干部大会，宣布学校干部任职决定。经自治区党委批准，宫箭同志任鄂尔多斯应用技术学院党委委员、副书记，提名任鄂尔多斯应用技术学院院长。
2024年3月，内蒙古自治区人民政府经研究决定，任命宫箭为鄂尔多斯应用技术学院院长。
