张红,女,博士,教授,博士生导师,现任四川大学物理学院副院长;现为美国物理协会会员。
专业为原子分子物理,在四川大学物理学院长期从事科研与教学工作,承担研究生和本科生课程。
张红教授在四川大学从事科研与教学工作20余年,承担硕博士研究生和本科生《凝聚态理论》、《原子物理学》、《表面物理前沿》等课程。
主要从事凝聚态物理基础理论和计算机研究,在飞秒激光与纳米材料相互作用的超快动力学、量子调控及电子激发动力学等方向做了较为深入的研究。在PNAS; Physical Review Letters; Physical Review B; Applied Physics Letters等国际刊物发表SCI收录论文200余篇(其中第一作者及通讯作者140余篇).论文包括4篇PRL、1篇PNAS、24篇PRB及APL、1篇Nanoscale等及其他影响因子大于3的论文60余篇。
张红教授作为项目负责人主持国家重大专项课题1项、国家重点研发计划1项(参与单位)、主持国家自然科学基金项目4项、主持教育部博士点博士生导师专项科研基金1项、及多项总装预研和国家重点实验室基金;应邀在国内外重要物理会议上做学术报告50余次;作为会议主席(或Co-Chair)先后主持“中国物理学会2017秋季学术会议”、“第二十届全国凝聚态理论与统计物理学术会议”、“第二届国际表面等离激元前沿研讨会”、“第四届国际量子能源探讨会”等国内外物理学术会议10余次。2006-2018年先后在美国、日本、英国、德国、法国、瑞士、芬兰、澳大利亚、西班牙、及中国香港大学等做学术交流及科研合作。
张红教授作为项目负责人完成四川大学新世纪教学教改项目4项,以第一及通讯作者发表教改论文11篇(含两篇英文);作为第一作者编写的全英文教材1本(出版中)。

2006年6月由国家留学基金委公派至悉尼大学做访问学者。
2007年2月—3月应邀赴美国UIUC进行访问;10—11月应邀赴日本东京大学以及广岛大学进行学术交流,并将于2008年2-3月应邀赴美国加洲洲立大学进行访问。
2019年6月6日,为了解我院本科生学习、生活情况,并对宿舍安全、及各方面情况进行检查,四川大学物理学院院长张红教授、副院长朱建华教授、副院长李志强教授、学院教学秘书张潇潇老师、三年级本科生辅导员唐娟老师,共同前往东苑部分学生宿舍看望学生并检查相关工作。
张红院长等走访了本科三年级部分宿舍,详细询问了学生近期学习及生活情况,询问了同学们的学业情况与升学意向,并强调注意安全防范。“学习及生活上是否困难?”“是否做好了学术规划?是否希望出国或读研深造?”“要注意加强体育锻炼。”“要劳逸结合,要注意宿舍卫生”。
每到一间宿舍,张红院长、朱建华副院长、李志强副院长都会嘱咐同学们,关心他们身体健康状况,并督促大家要做好学术规划,积极进取,勇于拼搏。张红院长特别强调,宿舍是同学们重要的生活场所,同学们要相互关爱、相互帮助、相互理解,宿舍舍长要充分发挥带头作用,和大家一起促进宿舍团结,同时把宿舍卫生做好。宿舍成员要多沟通,多交流,在学业上共同提升。
四川大学物理学院院领导深入宿舍了解学生情况,旨在开展与学生“面对面”交流,将宿舍各项工作做好做实,同时让同学们感受到物理学院这一大家庭的关怀和温馨,促进同学们更好的学习和发展。
