简介

熊杰(1979.7-)男,博士,教授,特聘研究员,教育部新世纪优秀人才,四川省杰出青年学术技术带头人,电子科技大学百人计划。1979年7月出生于大竹县,2002年7月电子科技大学应用化学本科毕业,2007年6月获电子科技大学材料物理化学专业博士学位,同年6月留电子科技大学微电子与固体电子学院工作。2009年5月-2010年5月在美国Los Alamos国家实验室超导中心(Su-perconductor Technology Center)从事博士后研究,2010年5月-2011年5月美国Los Alamos国家实验室综合纳米技术中心(Center for Integrated Nanotechnology)助理研究员。现为美国材料研究协会(MRS),美国真空协会(AVS),美国物理学会(APS),IEEE会员,中国真空学会高级会员,中国电子学会高级会员,四川省科协科青联会员。

人物生平

长期从事薄膜材料的教学、科研和人才培养工作,先后负责包括自然科学基金、国家863项目、总装预研、民口配套等10余项,作为主研人员参加7项科研项目;申请国家发明专利15项(授权5项);迄今在包括Nature Communications, Advan-ced Materials,Applied Physics Letters, Journal of Applied Physics等国内外著名刊物上发表研究论文100余篇,被SCI收录76次、EI收录82次,谷歌 Scholar引用534次,被SCI他引310次,出版专著/教材(章节)3本,在国际国内学术会议和学术机构上作报告30余次(邀请报告9次);获国防科技进步三等奖; 2013年入选教育部新世纪优秀人才,2014年入选四川省杰出青年学术技术带头人和电子科技大学百人计划青年项目。担任国际期刊Advances in Materials Science and Engineering特邀客座主编(Lead Guest Editor),International Journal of Material Science(IJMS)共同主编(Co-Editor-in-Chief),Journal of Inorganic Non-metallic Materials编辑,并为多家国际学术期刊的审稿人。

指导本科生创新项目5队(共24名),吴云云、杨超等入选加拿大Mitacs本科生实习项目。

已与国内(清华、北大、华中科技大学、中科院、浙大、上海交大、兰大、哈尔滨工业大学苏州大学等)、国际(剑桥、美国LANL、麻省理工学院褐色、TAMU等)等单位建立了广泛深入的合作关系。
