王丛，深圳高等金融研究院副院长、香港中文大学（深圳）经管学院教授，深圳高等金融研究院高层管理教育项目课程。

王丛于2007年获得美国范德堡大学金融学博士学位，此前分别于2002年获得南洋理工大学经济学硕士学位和1999年获得北京大学光华管理学院学士。

曾获2010年香港中文大学青年研究学者奖和2013年香港中文大学商学院教学奖。

人物简介

王丛博士现任深圳高等金融研究院副院长、香港中文大学（深圳）经管学院教授。他于2007年获得美国范德堡大学金融学博士学位，此前分别于2002年获得南洋理工大学经济学硕士学位和1999年获得北京大学光华管理学院学士学位。在加入深高金之前，王教授是中欧国际工商学院金融学教授，也曾在香港中文大学金融系任副教授并获终身教职。王教授是兼并收购、公司治理和股权激励方面的专家。他的研究成果见诸于《金融学杂志》、《金融研究评论》、《会计与经济学杂志》、《金融与定量分析杂志》、《银行业与金融杂志》等世界顶尖金融会计期刊。他有两篇论文分别被评为2007年和2009年发表在《金融学杂志》上的十大被引用次数最多的文章之一。另一篇论文获得了2015 Emerald卓越引文奖。他曾在中欧国际工商学院给MBA、EMBA、金融MBA、高层经理人培训等项目授课并深受学生欢迎。王教授多次接受知名媒体的采访，包括凤凰卫视、华尔街日报、福布斯杂志、中国中央电视台、中国日报、新浪财经等。他也是第一财经的常驻嘉宾。
