王汝成，男，汉族，1962年7月生，江苏兴化人，中国民主同盟盟员，1988年12月参加工作，研究生学历，博士学位，教授。
现任南京市政协副主席，民盟中央常委、南京市主委，南京大学地球科学与工程学院院长，市中央社会主义学院院长（兼）。

在研的主要科研项目包括：国家杰出青年基金项目1项（花岗质岩浆热液体系中的副矿物研究）、教育部优秀骨干教师基金1项（低温表生环境中矿物表面性质研究）、教育部博士点基金1项（稀有金属花岗质体系中、矿物学研究）、基金创新群体基金项目1项（华南大陆岩石圈层圈相互作用及成岩成矿过程的地球化学）、基金委面上基金2项（浙闽沿海A型花岗石晶洞矿物和副矿物研究、花岗质岩浆体系中铍的物种生成作用与铍矿物热液稳定性研究）、“973”二级课题1项（大陆板块会聚边界的深部成矿作用研究）等。

2001年获国家级教学成果二等奖
研究方向：(1)矿物晶体化学及其对各种地质过程的微观记录；(2)表面矿物学，重点研究低温环境中矿物表面反应及在环境和材料领域的应用；(3)计算矿物学，主要开展极端环境下矿物相变及表面过程的理论与计算模拟
成果：1995年获中国矿物岩石地球化学学会侯德封奖，2000年获教育部高校自然科学一等奖，2001年获江苏省青年科技奖；2002年获教育部优秀骨干教师奖。
2021年8月1日，入选2021年中国科学院院士增选初步候选人名单。
