由万胜，男，1963年生，理学博士学位。辽宁师范大学由万胜教授1辽宁师范大学化学化工学院教授(2002－)，硕士生导师(2002－)。东北师范大学兼职教授，博士生导师（2006-）。中科院大连化学物理研究所503组流动工作人员。
