程家安（1942年7月-2022年3月1日），男，汉族，出生于浙江杭州，1960年毕业于杭州市第六中学，1964年毕业于浙江农业大学植物保护系。中国著名教育家、昆虫学家、植物保护学家。先后在浙江省嘉兴市农业科学研究所、浙江农业大学植物保护系、浙江大学农业与生物技术学院植物保护系任教，期间以访问学者身份留学帝国理工学院和马里兰大学。曾任浙江农业大学植物保护系系主任、浙江农业大学副校长、校长、浙江大学副校长、浙江大学加州纳米研究院院长等。
2022年3月1日8时25分，程家安在杭州逝世，享年81岁。
1964年毕业于浙江农业大学植物保护系。
1979至1980年在北京大学生物系进修昆虫生态学；
1985年至1986年英国帝国理工学院生物系访问学者，
从事有害生物综合治理和系统分析研究；
1990年和1991年两次以访问教授身份赴美国马里兰大学昆虫系和英国帝国理工学院有害生物治理中心开展合作研究。
1991年获国家人事部颁发的“在社会主义建议事业中做出突出贡献的出国留学人员”称号。
1997-1998任浙江农业大学副校长、校长；
1998-2005年任浙江大学副校长；
2001-2005年任全球农业高等教育和研究协会执行理事会副主席、主席；
2000年起任国际昆虫学会理事；2001年起任中国昆虫学会副理事长。
任《International Journal of Pest Management》、《Insect Science》、《昆虫学报》、《中国水稻科学》编委。
2022年3月1日8时25分，程家安在杭州市逝世，享年81岁。
多年来，一直从事害虫治理、昆虫生态学和昆虫分子生物学方面的教育和科研工作，先后在国内外学术期刊上发表论文200余篇；以主编和副主编出版了“昆虫分子科学”、“褐飞虱及种群管理”、“跨世纪农业发展研究”、“农作物有害生物可持续治理研究进展”、“城市昆虫学进展”和“水稻害虫”等专著、教材和会议论文集；获得国家科技进步三等奖一次；省科技进步一等奖一次；省（部）科技进步二等奖三次，三等奖四次。先后培养硕士研究生11名，博士研究生30余名。
