赵淦森，男，汉族，1977年9月生，东莞市人，研究生，博士，教授，博士生导师。
现任广东省政协常委，民进中央青工委副主任、广东省委会副主委，华南师范大学图书馆馆长。
毕业于肯特大学。在英国期间曾任英国Nexor公司的兼职高级安全技术顾问、甲骨文公司英国(Oracle UK）高级工程师。
现担任中国大数据专家委员会委员、中国CIE云计算专家委员会专家委员、中国CSIP云计算研究中心专家、中国办公自动化专委会委员、ISO/IEC国际标准中国代表团成员、广东省计算机信息网络安全专业技术委员会成员、粤港云计算服务与标准专家委员会委员、广东省计算机学会常务理事、中国计算机学会青年计算机科技论坛（CCF YOCSEF）广州市的主席等。
组织和主持国际学术会议10余个，包括ICPCA09, ICPCA10, SecSE09, SecSE11, Cloudcom2009, Cloudcom2010, CCS2010, InterCloud2011, InterCloud2010, EuroPKI2005, CMS2004, LBS2010。近年在国际上出版论文集、书（章）等11篇（本、章），国际权威刊物上发表云计算和信息安全相关论文50余篇。作为中国代表团成员在国际标准化组织（ISO）参与云计算与信息安全相关的国际标准的工作。
主持和参与了国家科技支撑计划、国家发改委信息安全专项、中国国家自然科学国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目管理办法、教育部-中国移动通信集团联合基金项目、教育部博士点项目、广东省自然科学基金团队项目、广东省战略性新兴产业核心技术攻关项目、广东省战略性新兴产业专项资金高端新型电子信息产业项目、粤港关键领域重点突破项目、广东省科学院全面战略合作重大项目、广东省科技计划项目、广东省高等学校人才引进专项资金项目、广州市珠江科技新星项目以及国际合作项目等十多项科研项目。
2021年10月，赵淦森就职于华南师范大学，赵淦森入职以后，在不到三年的时间内，协助华南师大在云计算、大数据等领域，在华南地区获得明显突出的科研优势和成绩。也是这短短三年的积淀，让赵淦森从讲师破格晋升为教授。
教育背景

2001年1月-2003年9月，华南理工科技发展有限公司。任系统分析员。
2004年6月-2007年11月，英国Nexor公司，任高级安全技术顾问。
2005年1月-2007年6月，英国肯特大学，任兼职讲师。
2007年4月-2008年3月，英国甲骨文公司，任高级工程师。
2008年2月-2010年3月，中山大学（短聘教师）。
2010年1月起，历任华南师范大学副教授、教授。
2022年6月，中国民主促进会广东省委会副主委。
政协第十三届广东省委员会常务委员。
2022年6月26日，民进广东省第九届委员会第一次全体会议选举产生了新一届省委会常务委员会和领导班子，赵淦森当选为副主任委员。
主要的研究方向是信息安全、云计算和物联网等。
主要研究成果有大数据处理和挖掘、云计算基础设施平台、虚拟网络的网络安全技术、网络安全云技术、步进式加密、可信虚拟化环境、面向物联网的数据流处理平台、侵犯用户隐私的程序行为分析等。
