郑国汉（CHENG Kwok Hon, Leonard, JP），国际著名经济学家，现任岭南大学校长。
郑教授1975年毕业于香港中文大学，取得社会科学学士（经济学）一级荣誉成绩，之后到美国深造，获加利福尼亚大学伯克利分校颁发经济学硕士（1977）及哲学博士（1980）学位。
郑教授曾于佛罗里达大学任教12年，1992年加入香港科技大学，为创校成员之一，其后历任科大商学院经济系系主任、院长、哲学博士及工商管理硕士课程主任等职。
1975年毕业于香港中文大学经济系，取得社会科学学士（经济学）一级荣誉成绩，获得经济学学士；
1977年美国加州大学柏克莱分校经济系硕士；
1980年获取美国加州大学柏克莱分校经济系博士学位；
1980年任佛罗里达州立大学经济系助理教授，1985年晋升副教授并获终身教职；
1992年加入香港科技大学，为创校成员之一，任香港科技大学经济系教授，其后历任商学院经济系系主任、副院长、哲学博士及工商管理硕士课程主任等职。
1995年起任香港科技大学经济系主任，曾任复旦大学客座教授及汕头大学兼任教授；
1993年-1996年任香港科技大学工商管理学院副院长；
2009年获委任为香港科技大学商学院院长；
2009年至2013年间担任香港科技大学工商管理学院（香港科大商学院）院长；
2013年获岭南大学校长遴选委员会推荐接任校长，但其亲梁振英的政治背景备受质疑，因而受到学生会强烈反对。
2013年9月出任香港岭南大学校长。
曾任《国际经济学报》及《太平洋经济评论》两份学术期刊副编辑。
