钱伟,1973年9月出生,男,农学博士,研究员,博士生导师。中国作物学会中国遗传学会会员。德国DFG重大项目(PP 1530)外聘专家,加拿大农业部AAFC项目评审专家。

研究方向

1. 油菜基因组学与杂种优势 提出了利用油菜亚基因组间杂种优势的构想(Theor Appl Genet 110: 1187-1194; Euphytica 134: 9-15);并探索了利用油菜杂种优势群的育种思路(Theor Appl Genet 115:27-34;植物界 Breeding 28:466-470);研究了油菜杂种优势与脱氧核糖核酸甲基化的关系(PLoS ONE 2013, 8(6):e65946),正在开展油菜杂种优势全基因组关联分析。

2. 油菜的进化 发现了中国小白菜的遗传渗透对于甘蓝型油菜遗传基础拓宽,以及中国甘蓝型油菜驯化具有很大的作用(Theor Appl Genet 113: 49-54);提出了利用虚拟异源多倍体研究油菜起源的方法,并探索了油菜C亚基因组的来源(Heredity 106: 955-961),和甘蓝的遗传分化(Genet Res and Crop Evo l57: 687-692)。

3. 油菜种质创新 先后开展了利用油菜近缘种拓宽油菜种质的研究,鉴定出了高抗油菜菌核病的甘蓝材料(Euphytica 177: 393-399);采用不同途径获得了一批基因组不同于现有甘蓝型油菜的新型甘蓝型油菜,提出了利用油菜亲本种的新方法(Theor Appl Genet 126:2073-2080)。
