陈旭东（Chen Xudong），男，1966年8月出生，籍贯：四川仪陇；博士，教授，高分子化学与物理专业博士生导师，中山大学化学与化学工程学院副院长。
1988年毕业于厦门大学化学化工学院高分子专业，
1991年毕业于中山大学高分子所，获硕士学位，
1991～1994年在重庆西南师范大学化学系工作，
1997年毕业于华南理工大学高分子材料科学与工程系获工学博士学位，
1997～1999年在中山大学材料科学研究所从事博士后研究，
1999年7月留校在高分子研究所工作。
2012年7月起任中山大学化工学院副院长
主要研究方向：高分子合成与改性
讲授的主要课程：高分子设计与制备、高分子进展
学术与社会兼职：
现担任厦门大学阻燃材料福建省重点实验室学术委员、西南大学高分子材料研究所所长、广东石油学会理事、广东省橡胶学会理事、广东省化工学会精细化工委员会委员，并受聘为国家中华人民共和国国家自然科学基金委员会高分子材料学科评审组第十四届委员。
聚丙烯表面改性剂的合成及用-广东省博士后科学基金项目；
控制扩散聚烯烃表面改性剂的合成及应用-广东省自然科学基金项目。
荣获1992～1993年度西南师范大学自然科学优秀成果奖；
1996年度广东省高教厅科技进步二等奖（第三获奖人）。
