王仁宏,1937年出生,江西南昌人。1959年毕业于吉林大学数学系并留校任教至1989年调到大连理工大学,现任大连理工大学教授,博士生导师,数学科学研究所所长,大连市数学会理事长。

人物简介

王仁宏,1937年生,江西南昌人。现任大连理工大学数学科学学院教授,博士生导师。曾任国务院学位委员会第三、四届学科(数学)评议组成员,中国数学会常务理事,中国计算机学会常务理事,教育部数学学科规划组成员,中华人民共和国教育部科学技术委员会数学物理学部委员,美国《数学评论》评论员,大连市数学会理事长,大连理工大学数学科学研究所所长。1959年毕业于吉林大学数学系并留吉林大学任教至1989年调到大连理工大学。现任国际杂志《Journal of Computational and Applied Mathematics》(Elsevier出版社)编委、《AdVances in Adaptive Data Analysis: Theory and Applications》(World Scientific出版社)编委;《Computational Technologies》(Published by Institute of Computational Technologies, SB, Russia Academy of Sciences)编委;《数学研究与评论》杂志主编;《分析:理论及其应用》、《计算数学》(1993--2013)、《高校计算数学学报》、《高校应用数学学报》、《大连理工大学学报》等杂志编委。《科学计算及其软件丛书》(科学出版社)编委和《研究生数学丛书》(北京大学出版社有限公司)编委等。在国内外发表论文200多篇,著作10部。奠定了多元样条的理论基础,并给出了普遍适用的“光滑余因子方法”。该成果被国际上称为“王定理”。美国国家科学院院士de Boor称王仁宏为多元样条的“开拓先驱”。王仁宏及其合作者被国际名家G.G. Lorentz誉为“多元样条研究的国际三大主流学派之一”。王仁宏在无界函数逼近方面的工作也获得了国际认可。王仁宏曾应邀在美国加州理工学院、IBM公司Thomas J. Watson研究中心、东京大学、罗马大学等美、加、德、日、意、法、荷、比、芬、科及香港特别行政区地区讲演80多次。王仁宏多次出席国际学术会议并作大会邀请报告、会议主席和学术委员会委员等。王仁宏曾获国家自然科学三等奖(1982),国家国防科工委国防科学技术一等奖(1999),国家教育委员会科技进步二等奖(1988,1997),教育部全国普通高校优秀教材一等奖(2002)。王仁宏是吉林省劳动模范(1979),《冯康科学计算奖》评委会成员,还应邀多次为《Kyoto 奖》举荐候选人。

成就

先后在国内外出版9部专著,发表论文130多篇。王仁宏教授在多元样条的理论方面最早做出基础性工作,开创了多元样条的代数几何方法,建立了多元样条的理论框架,奠定了多元样条的理论基础,被国际同行称为“王定理”。在多元样条一系列基本理论方面取得了具有国际先进水平的成果。国际逼近论著名学者G. Lorentz在一部专著里称王等是多元样条研究的几个国际流派之一。
