李法军，男；吉林省桦甸市人。体质人类学博士，副教授，硕士生导师。1995年至2004年，先后就读于吉林大学考古学系和边疆考古研究中心，分别获得考古学及博物馆学和体质人类学专业学位。2004年至今，任职于中山大学人类学系。先后在瑞士纳沙泰尔大学、日内瓦大学、英国剑桥大学、阿伯丁大学和法国国家科研中心从事访学和博士后研究工作。
1995年考入吉林大学考古学系本科。1999年在吉林大学师从著名体质人类学家朱泓先生深入学习体质人类学的相关理论和方法，2001年被选为免试博士生继续跟随朱泓先生进行相关研究。2004年博士毕业，论文《河北阳原姜家梁新石器时代人骨研究》被评为吉林大学优秀博士论文。是年到人类学系任教。2006年被选为广东省高等学校“千百十工程”第四批培养对象。近年来开始关注中国南方地区人类的演化问题以及现代移民群体体质的生态适应性问题。已发表相关学术论文二十篇，独立完成和参与完成的著作4部。开设头骨人像复原技术、中国古代人种研究、体质人类学等课程。研究方向包括头骨人像复原研究、中国古代居民微观演化研究、齿学人类学研究、古病理学研究等。近年来开始关注中国南方地区人类的演化问题以及现代移民群体体质的生态适应性问题。已发表相关学术论文十余篇，独立完成和参与完成的专著3部。
